The Cork-IT is a turntable platter mat made from cork, designed to fit all Pro-Ject turntables with a 12" platter.
The use of Cork gives the mat special sonic qualities, which make it well suited to certain turntable-cartridge combinations, and also different room-types. Another benefit from cork is that it slips less in use than more common felt mats. The result is a tighter audio performance, with greater timing.
