Returns & Cancellations (Web Sales)

1. Introduction

All of us here at Underground Solution hope you are happy with any items you buy from us but if you do have any issues or wish to cancel just give us a call and we'll be able to help.

2. Returns

In line with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations we can accept returns if the product is in its original condition & packaging and it's within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that any software items, including CDs/DVDs and music software or items affected by hygiene (ie In-Ear headphones & Microphones) must be unopened or still sealed for this to apply.

If you do decide to return goods within 14 days for whatever reason please let us know and we'll first confirm all the relevant information - sometimes buyers are liable for carriage costs and for making sure the returned items arrive back in good condition. If you do wish to return any items please contact us within the 14 day period via email to [email protected] or in writing to our store (see below).

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back at our shop in their original condition. Carriage costs will not be refunded unless the items were sent in error or were found to be faulty within 30 days of purchase.

4. Installation Issues

If you find you are having any issues with setting up or installing your equipment purchase then please let us know and we can assist.

5. Guarantees

All the equipment items sold by us are guaranteed for a period of one year from the date of purchase unless specified otherwise. Some brands may offer a longer manufacturer warranty. If you have any questions on warranties please let us know.

6. Faulty Goods

If you have unfortunately purchased an item that turns out to be faulty then please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to sort out any problems as quickly as possible and to your ultimate satisfaction.
